Crispy Sesame Chicken With a Sticky Asian Sauce


I have made this twice as it is delicious & really easy to make.

Ingredients
∙ Serves 4
Meat
3 Chicken breast fillets chopped into bite-size chunks
Produce
2 cloves Garlic
1 bunch Spring onions /scallions
Refrigerated
2 Eggs
Condiments
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Ketchup
4 tbsp Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
1 Rice
Baking & Spices
10 tbsp All purpose flour, plain
2 tbsp Brown sugar
3 tbsp Cornflour /cornstarch
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sesame oil optional - you can leave out and just sprinkle with
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Oils & Vinegars
5 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp White wine vinegar chinese rice vinegar
Other
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce use more or less depending on the brand and how spicy you like it
